CSA
We will begin accepting 2009 CSA applications later this fall.
What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community supported agriculture. Consumer supported agriculture helps out both of us. By joining a CSA you are receiving the freshest produce possible at a good price; You are verifying that you are feeding your family food raised in a sustainable manner with out chemical pesticides, insecticides or fertilizers, and supporting a local family farm. We as farmers also benefit from offering CSA memberships by obtaining a fair price for our products and having a guaranteed market for our wares. This enables us to spend more time tending our crops, and do things the right way, the old fashioned way. We are able to raise our animals with room and dignity, and to practice organic methods using heirloom seeds, that may not produce the most abundant stock, but certainly do produce the healthiest and most flavorful food one could want. For more information please feel free to contact us.
